Calcium (As Calcium Phosphate)

Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body, and about 99% of the body's calcium is found in our bones. Besides being an alkalizing element in the body, it helps build and maintain healthy bones and teeth. Calcium is also important in many enzymatic reactions in the body, is necessary for the contraction of muscles, the release of neurotransmitters, regulation of heart beat, and the clotting of blood. Magnesium
