The Power Fit

The PFM 2000 is a medium-duty, 10 speed unit that also includes
2 auto programs to stimulate the body’s natural response to

CONTROL PANEL DIRECTIONS
Upon plugging in the power cord, the LCD
displays default settings (Manual Mode with a 10
minute operating time). Press the "RUN/STOP"
button to start or stop plate vibration.
Press the "SPEED +" button to increase the
vibration speed one level at a time, up to Level
10 (High), as shown on the LCD Display. To
reduce the speed, press the "SPEED -" button.
Press the "TIME+"
or "TIME-" buttons to increase or decrease
operating time by 5 minutes at a time, up to 30
minutes. Remaining minutes are displayed, and
the device will stop automatically when “0” is

hunching, and keep head in line with spine. Do
not let head slump towards plate.
3. Seated, Arms Raised
Sit on the plate facing outward, with hands
holding handgrips. Keep good, erect posture, and
avoid bending at the waist. As strength grows,
reduce weight supported by arms.
