If you are looking for a neater, less hoses hanging from your faucet situation or just a cleaner kitchen space, this Under counter T-Adaptor may be what you are looking for. With the Under Counter T-Adaptor your water ionizer will not have to be connected to your kitchen faucet. It will still be located on your kitchen counter top, but the water supply hose will connect to the T-Adaptor which will tap into the cold water hose under your sink. It uses 1/4" hose size. This adapter does not work for Leveluk Kangen Water machines made by Enagic.

Repair and Professional Cleaning Services
for Japanese Water Ionizers

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to provide repair and professional electrolysis cleaning services to some water ionizers made in Japan. The machines that we are able to service include the Toyo  Pure Porte II, the Millennium, and the Protec Microwater ionizers as well as with the newer Excel V IE-300, IE-400, IE-500, and IE-900. Please send us an email describing the nature of the problem and we will take it from there.

If your ionizer is not producing alkaline water even after you used the electrolysis cleaning cartridge, your machine may need to be cleaned professionally. You can order Professional Cleaning Services below. This will involve you sending the machine in to our service center. While we are servicing your machine other things might be identified that needs to be addressed. We will let you know what they are before any work is done. Professional cleaning is well worth the effort. Its like restoring your machine to optimum performance, as if you bought a new machine at a serious discount. The price includes the cleaning, inspection, testing and return shipping.

Before considering whether to send your machine to us to have it serviced make sure that your Sunus is no longer under warranty. If it is still under warranty you should send it to Enagic so they can service it for you. Our professional cleaning service has become a true blessing for many who have made a great investment in their Kangen water ionizers such as the Enagic Sunus TYH-51E. Some customers had situations where water simply stopped flowing through the machine or lights not coming on or the machine not making alkaline water any more and were facing the prospect of spending another $1,200.00 for a new ionizer when they learned that we have a service center that can open their machine and give it a professional clean and a head to toe inspection.
